Replacements - Returns – Warranties
ECOCASA SA accepts replacements and returns of products you have purchased from estiahomeart.gr under the following conditions:
Returns with ELTA Hellenic Post are not accepted.
In case you have not paid off your order, the refund is made by crediting your preferred bank account along with the IBAN number in your written request. In this case, if transfer costs arise, you will be responsible for paying them off. In any case, the refund is made within 15 calendar days since the delivery date of the products you wish to return in the abovementioned address. The amount to be refunded is the value of the products, excluding the shipping costs charged to the original shipment.
Returns in gifts that have been provided as advertising material or as an offer along with another product are not accepted. In case the products do not meet these terms, they will be sent back to the sender at their own expense.
All of our products are covered with the warranty of intact delivery. All orders are being packaged in the best possible way, in order to ensure the safety of the products at the transit. If, nevertheless, you receive any damaged item, contact us within 2 working days from the date of delivery and ECOCASA SA will replace the items at its own expense.
The warranty of intact delivery does not limit your “legal warranty” and “commercial warranty” rights as mentioned in the following paragraphs.
All ECOCASA SA products are covered by a 2-year “legal warranty” according to the relevant clauses of the Civil Code.
Particularly, in case of a real defect or lack of agreed quality of the product you have purchased from estiahomeart.gr you can (a) request its repair without getting charged or its replacement with another product unless this is impossible or requires disproportionate costs (b) request a price reduction and (c) withdraw, unless it is an insignificant actual defect. In order for a property to be considered as agreed quality, it must have been agreed in writing. The above obligations are raised in case the damage has been caused by you, or in a narrow or broad sense of force majeure and in any case the products must be accompanied by the necessary legal documents and receipts of delivery.
In case you realize a defect in one of the products you have received by estiahomeart.gr, please contact us. ECOCASA SA explicitly reserved for the prompt report of the product as defect by an authorized person.
For those products accompanied by a “commercial warranty”, the responsibility for this warranty for as long as it is valid burdens the respective manufacturer of the product or the company that imported the product into the EU or the company that appears as the manufacturer.
